Visa Compliance Manager

This is a chance to sign up with an experienced and inviting Visa Compliance Team and play a key role in all operational aspects of the University’s sponsor responsibilities under the Student Route of the Points Based System.

The post-holder will lead the Visa Compliance and Visa Requirements Team whilst working carefully with stakeholders across the University to implement all policies and procedures associated with UKVI compliance. This consists of managing the visa requirements process for international applicants, ensuring that Right to Study checks are performed in line with Home Office regulations and that we remain totally compliant with our on-course tracking and reporting for registered trainees.

You will possess a comprehensive working knowledge of UK migration guidelines worrying worldwide students and tested experience of operating in UKVI compliance procedures and reporting. Exceptional interaction and social skills are vital for the role, as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to information.

Please note that you should have recent experience in a visa compliance role at an education supplier to be qualified for this function.
