operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the Research Office, providing efficient support to the EMBL-EBI Research Group Leaders and their groups, often liaising with internal and external contacts all over the world. The Research Office coordinates a vast array of activities

including administration and recruitment on the EMBL International PhD Programme and EMBL’s Postdoctoral Programmes together with general administrative and secretarial services for our Research Groups. You will work as part of a little team along with another Team Administrator

reporting to the PA/Senior Administrator( Research Office) in delivering an efficient service supporting the Group Leaders along with Postdoctoral and Predoctoral Fellows. In overall the office supplies administrative support to a community of around 100 researchers. The EMBL-EBI Head of Research functions as the head of the department and is additional supported by a Research Programme Manager. Your function Offering a complete secretarial and administrative assistance to the Research Group Leaders
