Brunel Medical School (BMS) is a new and developing department in the College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences which is a leading provider of health professional education, including Physiotherapy, Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Psychology programmes.
The Medical School launched a 5-year MBBS programme in September 2022. The School has its own Student Support and Well-Being Team which has been developed over the past three years working in collaboration with Brunel Central Services such as Student Centre, Immigration, Student Living, Student Support and Welfare, Mental Health and Wellbeing Team and Disability and Dyslexia Service, Professional Development Centre.
From August 2023, the Medical School also integrated an established 2-year Physicians Associate programme, which will also be regulated by the GMC from September 2024.

Brunel is now recruiting a Student Support and Well-being Team Administrator to provide appropriate administration and event planning to Brunel Medical School Student Support and Well-Being Team and prospective and students on MBBS and PA programmes. The role will also support students in alignment with the existing support structures and procedures of the University. You will be working closely with the Student Support and Well-Being Officers, Manager, Head of Student Support and Well-being Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly professional and organised individual. The successful candidate will ideally possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience of planning events
- The ability to develop innovative ways of delivering an impactful strategy alongside the wider members of the team
