
The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8.
The Student Success Office leads on developing institution-wide approaches to closing awarding and attainment gaps across UCL, with a particular focus on those groups that are underrepresented at UCL.
The postholder is responsible for leading a team of people to develop and implement UCL’s student success strategies, and for advancing aspects of the UCL’s Access and Participation Plan to support retention and success amongst underrepresented groups.
The successful candidate will have experience of developing and delivering attainment and/or retention initiatives in a university environment. They will have strong project management skills, experience of communicating with a variety of audiences, experience of using data to support their decisions and a track record of delivering on commitments to tasks and people.
