Location: Canary Wharf, London

We have two positions available one full time permanent and one full time, fixed term until 31 December 2022. 

You will be part of the busy and dedicated students’ enquiry service – Gateway/Reception often focusing on coordinating and executing activities and events for our students. Our Gateway is a one-stop-shop and first point of contact for students on all aspects of university life from their point of arrival through to graduation. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and will be at the heart of the Gateway’s operations in helping, supporting and advising our students and therefore you will be able to see the positive impact of your work on their lives and journey through higher education daily.  

To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with a solid understanding of the importance of customer care, be approachable and have a can-do attitude. You will also need to have exceptional communication skills to easily develop a rapport with a variety of students.  In addition, you will have proven knowledge and experience of delivering information and advice in a range of specific areas (see the Job Description for more details), as well as experience of facilitating events and/or enrichment activities.
