We are now seeking to recruit an outstanding individual to join our UK Student Recruitment team as a Student Recruitment Officer. This role is one of a team of six student recruitment specialists providing support to prospective students interested in applying to the University. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting student recruitment activities with a commitment to prospect management to funnel students into the application pipeline through to successful registration.
They will have the ability to apply sound sales principles to the University’s environment, taking into consideration the perspective of target audiences and the dynamics of the marketplace. The successful applicant will also have a proactive approach to contributing to creative recruitment and conversion solutions.
They will be an outstanding communicator with the skills to persuade, influence, support and engage prospective students in their transition into Higher Education.
The successful role holder will be required to work closely with the other teams within the directorate, together with other directorates and faculties to maximise positive exposure for the University of Greenwich. The service is underpinned by the universities shared values of aspiration, confidence, creativity, professionalism, and responsibility. We encourage the development of staff aspirations and confidence, placing individual responsibility and accountability in decision making. They will provide direct support to the Student Recruitment Coordinators and Student Recruitment Operations Manager to achieve the University’s student recruitment targets.
