About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment and Outreach Manager to lead the development and implementation of our recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives, while ensuring alignment with our Access and Participation plan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in meeting student recruitment targets by fostering strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other partners across London and the UK. Utilizing data and analytics, you will provide valuable market insights and reporting to support effective decision-making. Your proactive efforts will be crucial in establishing a London presence for the University and driving interest, applications, and enrolments for our London campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a data-driven, integrated student recruitment plans with associated targets and KPIs
- Cultivate relationships with target schools, colleges, and other relevant organizations to raise the profile of UoP London
- Create innovative, multi-channel conversion strategies to support progression through the application cycle
- Engage with academic colleagues in planning and executing specific recruitment activities for UoP London
- Support the delivery of UoP’s Access and Participation plan targets for underrepresented student groups
- Implement CRM and data management solutions to enhance recruitment strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Lead the planning and execution of on/offsite student recruitment events, ensuring exceptional audience experiences
- Oversee enquiry management processes and maintain effective communication with prospective students and key stakeholders
- Regularly analyze performance data and monitor market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Employ project management skills to concurrently develop and manage multiple work streams, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is desirable
- Proven experience in student recruitment, outreach, and relationship building within the HE sector
- Strong understanding of Access and Participation plans and experience in delivering targeted initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful on/offsite events and manage enquiry processes
- Analytical mindset and experience in using data and market insights to inform decision-making and recruitment strategies
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple work streams and deliver within budget and timeline constraints
