The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8. The salary range will be £45,610 – £53,757 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

To support the set up and maintenance of core records in Portico (SITS) that support the student lifecycle which underpins almost all student facing operations from application to graduation.  Managing all aspects of student record keeping from enrolment to award, including module selection, assessment marks processing, progression and award for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.  A key function of this role is to ensure that there is faculty and departmental engagement in the end-to-end process and to be able to support department and faculties through all aspects of record keeping in the student lifecycle. The post holder will be working in a Business Partnering model leading on relationships with certain Faculties to ensure that they are fully supported in record, creation, maintenance and implementation and adherence to the University’s regulations.

We are looking for a candidate that has sound experience of working with student information systems,  who can understand the utilisation from a user’s perspective and to be highly knowledgeable in the data configuration of the system around curriculum, student record keeping and use of the records system in a large-multi faculty university.  With the ability to initiate and manage improvements from scoping to implementation by facilitating group sessions and supporting new working processes. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills both spoken and written with the ability to liaise  and negotiate with colleagues throughout the institution and beyond, the ability to manage competing end-user demands, to prioritise own work load ad to co-ordinate the work of others to meet deadlines. An enthusiastic leader that has the ability to develop and motivate others.
