
The Role
As Student and Programme Coordinator you will have a key role in managing course and student support for a range of programmes within our Professional Administration and Support Team.
You will manage, monitor and support the workload of a student and programme administration team, ensuring high quality and efficient and effective service from point of enrolment onwards and throughout the assessment board process. You will ensure the continuation of an excellent level of customer service to all stakeholders, further ensuring that institutional and regulatory policies and procedures are understood and consistently applied.
We are a lively student-centred Faculty bringing together wide-ranging practice-based education and training programmes in health sciences, social care and education.
The Person
A highly organised and self-motivated individual and an experienced higher education administrator with strong attention to detail, you will be innovative and a good team player. Educated to a degree level or equivalent and with advanced proficiency in the use of IT technology, you will also have experience in managing or supervising a professional support office within a Further or Higher education setting. You will be committed to providing the best quality service to internal and external colleagues and partners, always aiming toward the improvement of processes and driving up service standards. Working enthusiastically and with creativity, you will be able to analyse problems and develop innovative and workable solutions.

The Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education is a joint enterprise of Kingston University and St George’s, University of London.

This is full time, fixed term role for 12 months with a starting salary of £34,809 per annum.
