The Student Experience Directorate is the part of Goldsmiths Professional Services that leads on the advancement and provision of exceptional trainee dealing with services. The Directorate is at the centre of a change programme as we look for to make services which underpin our trainee experience more efficient and efficient. Over the next year, we will reconfigure the ways we work: decreasing silos, making better usage of systems, and improving compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
We are seeking an imaginative, and arranged private to sign up with the team as Student Journeys Lead.
The role will be part of the Student Success Team within the Student Experience Directorate, to support activities across the student lifecycle which enhance the trainee experience.
This function will be pivotal in coordinating shift and welcome activities, trainee surveys, contributing to how the College responds to feedback and uses insights got to establish programmes and services.
With previous experience of working within student engagement, the ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, rigour and innovative believing to the group.
