We are looking to appoint a Student Immigration Officer to join our Governance and Legal Services team to deliver a timely and effective customer-focused institutional response in relation to our sponsor duties under the Student Visa Route.

The post holder will provide front line support to prospective and current students to ensure they have the most up to date and accurate information related to student visas. The Student Immigration Officer will be responsible for supporting the work of the International Student Advice team by providing guidance and information to international students and applicants on immigration matters. An ability to communicate, verbally and in written format, complex information to a diverse group of students and staff will be necessary for this role.

Our students will look to you for your knowledge, understanding and demonstrable experience of the Student Visa Route, whilst your student administrative experience will enable you to manage conflicting priorities and organise own work to deliver targets effectively within a high-volume environment. Your excellent attention to detail and customer service skills will also ensure high service standards are met.
