An opportunity has arisen for the right person to make their mark in a vibrant Continuing Education team working for one of Britain’s foremost cultural institutes.
The Short Courses team is looking for a motivated, highly organised, articulate and practically-skilled individual to play a vital role in supporting us with the administration, preparation, organisation and smooth running of a varied programme of online and in-person art history short courses throughout the year. Tasks are wide-ranging and include, among other, the recording, editing and uploading of online courses, the creation and maintenance of web- and VLE pages, marketing and publicity-related and administrative tasks, and the running of on campus events.
The post requires excellent communication, customer-service and IT skills and an aptitude for digital processes and event organisation, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, and work well within a team as well as with minimal supervision.
