is a post within the Safety, Health and Sustainability( SHS )group at the Francis Crick Institute. The team provides suggestions, professional assistance and oversight to the Crick in order to make sure that the institute remains compliant and attains policy goals. Security, Health and Sustainability are essential elements of supporting Science activities across lots of areas of the Crick, including wellbeing, safety, occupational health, environmental management, fire security and work with dangerous biological, chemical and radiation products to ensure a safe environment for all. Key Responsibilities Act as an expert very first point of contactfor the team/service for both internal

  • and external celebrations, triaging security queries by directing to appropriate members. Keeping track of the service” ticketing” system, designating tickets and responding to queries. Stock checking, putting orders and making payments for required items/equipment/services for the team and for others across the Crick
  • ( when needed), seeking approval and escalation, where needed. Maintain approximately date fire marshall records, associated documents and supporting Emergency Response Team members.
