Job Title: Service Centre Operator – 10Month FTC
Location: Prestatyn North Wales, LL19 7HT.

Salary Range: £20,534 to £26,167 (pro rata)
Shifts/Pattern or work: Part Time 24 hours per week
We have an exception role for you, in the position of Service Centre Operator (FTC – 12 Months)
The Impact you will have: As Service Centre Operator you will be responsible for delivering a five-star service, selling the benefits of HCA International and guiding the customer though the call. Contact with our customer will be both verbal and non-verbal and will involve both inbound and outbound activities. Our advisors are capable of stepping outside the script where necessary. The Service Centre Operator is responsible for meeting all targets and KPI’s including revenue generation, that’s why we offer a monthly KPI performance bonus on top of your basic salary.
You will have the opportunity to:
- To handle booking requests professionally and accurately
- To provide rapid response when answering calls
- Ensure client contract service levels are met when booking the appointments
- Use supporting procedural documentation for booking instructions and guidance
- To assist where necessary in rescheduling of appointments (e.g. GP absences, cancellations)
- To process inbound request emails
- to keep abreast of all new services and changes to existing services
In this role you will learn from our leading experts and will contribute to the vital care of our patients, as a valued member of the HCA Group.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is;
- Qualified to A Level standard (preferred not essential)
- Good English language skills (grammar and spoken)
- Computer literacy
- Some experience in customer service
