We are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer (Academic Professional Practice) in the area of Business Enterprise to support existing and new programmes as well as advance understanding in key areas of SE such as strategic management, innovation, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, business enterprise, and executive education.
We are looking for highly motivated individual to join the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Division who can make a significant contribution to our teaching and learning strategy. Applicants who have professional business experience (corporate/small business) and are familiar with higher education settings are particularly welcome.
The post-holder will be responsible for executive education and developing professional standing to forge links between academia and industry, and create opportunities for colleagues. The post-holder needs to be recognised as an excellent facilitator and educator for business leaders and corporate executives; to ensure the overall smooth-running of the School’s executive education offering; and will be responsible with Brunel Hive knowledge transfer with industry players.
Teaching duties will include contributing effectively to the MBA, executive eduction, and externally funded programmes as required.
With relevant First degree desirably along with PhD qualification, we require experience of teaching Strategy and Entrepreneurship, or related management subjects to a high standard, which includes the ability to demonstrate effective and innovative teaching practice especilally at executive eduction levels.
