UONL (a partner of the University of Northampton) is an ambitious, teaching-focused provider of undergraduate and postgraduate education, primarily aimed at a widening participation students. Based in the heart of London, UONL’s state of the art campus hosts students studying subjects related to Business, Healthcare, Law, and Psychology.
Continued growth in demand for our student-focused courses has led to the opportunity to expand our exceptional delivery team through the addition of a permanent senior lecturer in Business and Human Resource Management.
We are looking for an experienced lecturer with a solid grounding in business topics, and Human Resource Management in particular. The successful applicant will be employed to lecture on a range of modules, but will primarily focus on leading our Human Resources syllabus. Our ideal candidate will have a wide suite of subject knowledge. The successful candidate will be familiar with managing virtual learning environments, designing assessments, and the development of high-quality learning resources. Above all, the successful candidate will be motivated, inspirational, supportive, with a passion for developing our students. All UONL academic staff are required to teach face-to-face on campus.

You will be qualified to Master’s Degree level in a relevant business discipline.
