At the University of Greenwich we are making significant progress towards our mission of becoming the best modern University in the UK by 2030. We are a diverse community of 19,000 students, in the top ten in the UK for social diversity, with an international reputation for our research, which is making an impact locally and globally. In the last year we have made notable improvements in student satisfaction, graduate outcomes, and research quality and impact as evidenced by REF 2021.
Our community of alumni and friends are key to realising our vision to truly deliver ‘education without boundaries’ in multiple contexts. Our award-winning alumni and fundraising team are poised for a step-change in philanthropic support for the university.

The role holder will work closely with colleagues university-wide to identify fundraising priorities and opportunities aligned with strategic priorities. They will also support the Head of Alumni and Fundraising and other senior colleagues in the preparation of proposal materials for significant and transformational gifts.
The Senior Fundraising Manager will exhibit strong communications skills, a solution-focused approach, and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
