We are now seeking to recruit an outstanding individual to join the Marketing Communications team of the Directorate of Marketing and External Relations within the CRM Team, working as Senior CRM Officers. The ideal candidate will be a champion of CRM for the university, acting as a specialist who is responsible for planning, implementation and reporting on CRM activity to drive recruitment targets using high quality targeted communications.
You will have experience of delivering high volume multi-channel CRM campaign and will be comfortable using data segmentation and testing strategies to optimise communications as well as managing complex datasets and queries.
The role requires a high level of analytical skills and data driven thinking, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and collaborative working skills.
