We are seeking an apprenticeships professional to support the operational delivery of our growing portfolio at The London Institute of Banking & Finance. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of high-quality administration to ensure that all aspects of our day-to-day activities run efficiently and effectively whilst meeting internal and external regulatory requirements.
You will have knowledge of the UK apprenticeships agenda and possess excellent IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, in particular). You will have good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service, and an excellent attention to detail.
*This position is home-based, with the successful candidate also expected to attend the London office, on occasion, for on-site meetings. You will be required in the London office one day per week during the training period.
