
UAL Awarding Body has an exciting opportunity for an organised administrator with good project management skills to play a key role in planning, designing and developing a wide range of new products and services to support education in the creative arts.
UAL Awarding Body has a pipeline of new qualifications in development for 14 -19 and 19+ year olds, and a qualifications revision cycle that needs to be undertaken to meet regulatory requirements and exploit commercial opportunities.
This role supports the qualification development cycle by co-ordinating and undertaking qualification development administration and activities and supporting the process for qualifications identified for amendments and/or withdrawal.
You will contribute to the end-to-end development process, including drafting and maintaining project plans, monitoring budgets, processing invoices, reviewing qualification development documents and acting as secretariat for focus groups and steering groups.
About you
You will have experience of co-ordinating multiple projects concurrently to time, quality and cost. Experience of a range of administration duties such as budget management, minute-taking, organising meetings, and calendar management is also essential. Knowledge of the qualification development and design cycle is equally important and you will also have some understanding of compliance with Regulators’ Conditions of Recognition.
