Location: Home-based/London*

Salary: £26,000 to £27,314 per annum dependent on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting for a Programmes Officer to join our small team and contribute to the effective delivery of our degree-level apprenticeships. You will provide support to apprentices throughout their programme, assist in the co-ordination of in-person and online teaching and liaise with academic colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained. This is a busy operational role in a growing area of our business, requiring you to demonstrate good initiative and manage multiple priorities. 

You will be highly organised, quality-driven and customer-focused with a professional attitude. Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to meet strict deadlines. 

*This position is home-based, although you will be expected to attend the London office, on occasion, for workshops and meetings. You will also be required in the London office 1-2 times per week during the training period.
