
Our Online Campus has seen rapid growth over the past year, and we have a dedicated Online team developing their knowledge and expertise in delivering to our Online campus students. Due to the large student numbers and layering of courses, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our management team as a Programme and Student Lead and develop both their management and online skills.
As a Programme and Student Lead at The University of Law, you will:
Work remotely, we are looking for an individual with experience in Higher Education delivery, ideally in an online context, and also with management experience, who is able to use their skills to manage all aspects of the delivery of the student experience and the enhancement of student performance on specific ULaw Online Programmes. You will be joining an existing management team working with them to ensure continuous improvement in student achievement, retention, performance and progression.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, who believes that the student experience should be second to none and who is confident about using technology to deliver that experience. You must be invested in delivering the highest standard of legal education, using existing and emerging technology as well as being able to support and guide students on their learning journey with the Online Campus.
You will be a qualified lawyer with proven successful practice experience, supported by a desire to help our students achieve that same career. We are looking for people who will tutor and, in addition, are interested in programme development.
ULaw Online campus staff will be home-based but will be required to attend one of our campuses on occasion for meetings and training. The role will require work on some evenings and weekends.
