
About the Role
This is a critical leadership role for the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry. The Professor of Clinical Education will be Head of the Clinical and Communication Skills Unit (CCSU) will lead on all aspects of clinical and communication skills teaching across MBBS, Graduate Entry and Physician Associates programmes, and contribute at a strategic level to the Institute, and the wider Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.
About You
We are looking for an experienced clinical educator with a passion for high-quality and innovative teaching and scholarship, especially in the area of clinical communication skills. You will have significant experience of leadership in medical education, and have a proven track record in educational scholarship and faculty development. You are someone who actively seeks out opportunities for collaboration, and thrives on working with others, both within teams and across disciplines.

The post is based at the West Smithfield Campus in London. It is full-time permanent appointment, with an expected start date of January 2023. Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
