About the Role
This role will work closely with the Business Management Team members and with Professional Services Business Partners to deliver a high quality, robust, resilient, responsive, and secure customer focused Business Management Service.
The post-holder will be self-motivated, have a positive and creative problem-solving mentality & approach to their work and value integrity highly.
About the Department
The Business Management Team function sits within the IT Services Department within the Professional Services Group that enables and facilitates the success of our students and academics. Along with other Professional Services areas, IT Services seeks to deliver value for money through technology, efficiency, economy, effectiveness, and equity.
You will be reporting to the Procurement & Finance Team Leader, Office of the CIO.

The post is based at Whitechapel, Dept W. It is full time (35 hours per week), and permanent. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £38,165 – £44,722 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
