Topically the studies belong in the intersection of strategic management and research on mobility and regional and urban development, with the aim to increase the understanding of the factors enabling ecologically, financially and socially sustainable mobility in urban and adjacent regional environments. This research setting is broad and allows for different research questions. We focus in particular on questions connected to ecosystem development, stakeholder management, innovation, strategy change, and business model development among private and public actors within mobility and societal development.
