The Role
PMO Analyst
We are recruiting for an experienced PMO Analyst to join our team to support the Information Technology and Digital Services Department in the delivery of a portfolio of digital business and operational projects. We are focused on delivering innovative, integrated and secure systems to support the central University and currently undertaking an exciting portfolio of digital projects supporting the University’s five-year strategy.
As the PMO Analyst you will be responsible for effective portfolio monitoring and analysis, demand and capacity monitoring, portfolio and project reporting as well as maintaining good PMO governance. You will also be taking a lead role in evaluating the PMO processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practice.
We are looking for someone who has had experience as a PMO Analyst, preferably in a digital delivery environment. You will have good communication and stakeholder management skills, be well organised and proactive.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office.
