Part-time, long-term (up to 0.8 FTE)

This is an exciting time to join the Organisational Development team at Brunel. With our new Vice Chancellor in post we will be supporting the tactical review and developing a culture which enables the University to fulfill its prepare for the future.

With an essential focus on constructing our management and management development method, as one of two People and Organisational Development Partners in our group, you will jointly lead the way in providing organisational development and modification throughout the University.

Your abilities and experience will demonstrate effective implementation and effect of organisational advancement activities and tasks. To support the crucial projects lined up to this function you are most likely to have experience of diagnosing, executing and delivering leadership and management advancement programmes and of implementing performance management and advancement procedures.

Aligned to our OD method at Brunel you will act as relied on and specialist consultant, a vital good friend and specialist shipment partner to allow, assistance and impact the preferred change and organisational advancement to the advantage of the University and its people. Notably, you will have a positive and growth state of mind.
