We are seeking a PA to provide professional support to the PVC/Dean of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences, and the Faculty Head of Resources and Planning (HoRP).

Working across a number of our campus locations, you will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive administrative service along with a broader support role between the PVC/Dean, HoRP and the wider university. This will include efficient diary management, supporting meetings on behalf of the PVC/Dean and HoRP, internal and external stakeholder management, logistical support with Faculty wide events as well as a variety of additional activities to ensure the smooth running of the PVC / Dean and HoRP’s offices.

The Person

Having had previous experience of working as a PA, you will be flexible, confident and proactive in your approach with meticulous attention to detail. You’ll be educated to A-level or equivalent with the ability to demonstrate great organisation skills as well as the ability to meet conflicting deadlines. Excellent diary management skills are essential, as well as the effective preparation of documentation on behalf of the PVC/Dean and HoRP, and extensive experience of working with a variety of MS software packages.

The Faculty of Business and Social Sciences combines Kingston Business School and the School of Law, Social and Behavioural Sciences. Further information

This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £30,468 per annum.

Please note this is a campus based role and you will be required to work the majority of your hours on campus, with some WFH available.
