
The Drill Hall Library is a unique and major facility providing an integrated library and IT service to staff and students of the Universities at Medway, comprised of the University of Greenwich, University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University at their shared Medway Campus.
We are seeking to appoint a Network Support Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting the universities’ network on the Medway Campus. The post-holder with have the opportunity to help shape the network used by the systems that underpin the unique partnership arrangements at Medway.
The successful candidate will join the Technical Support team providing support to staff and students from all three universities on the Medway Campus. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and has substantial practical experience of network concepts and technologies within a large enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or demonstrable experience within a relevant technical or business discipline
Short-listed candidates will be expected to sit a short skills test as well as attend an interview. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week).
