- Lecturer – $122,577 to $145,563 pa (including salary of $103,580 to $123,003 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
- Senior Lecturer – $150,163 to $172,679 pa (including salary of $126,890 to $145,917 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available in SET’s College of Project Management, Built Environment and Assets and Maintenance Management for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Project Management to join the team. We are seeking an experienced academic with comprehensive industry experience to play a key role in the utilisation of innovative pedagogical practice that stimulates learning and guides the development of interdisciplinary research across SET.
Position Requirements
- Possession of a Doctoral qualification (PhD) in Project Management or a relevant discipline.
- Professional membership with the Project Management Institute.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or a CAPM certification.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate university students and ability to effectively teach and support students’ educational development using online learning management systems to achieve learning goals.
- Demonstrated ability to create a real impact on local, national, and international communities while extending and creating new partnerships with industry and external partners.
Additional Position Requirements for the Senior Lecturer in Project Management
- Proven ability to undertake curriculum review and development within the discipline and to the wider academic, scholarly, professional and research requirements.
- A track record of research publications with national and international reputation through high impact peer reviewed and refereed journals.
- A well-established track record of successful competitive research funds and ability to contribute to research development by pursuing national and international interdisciplinary research collaboration.
- Proven evidence of supervising postgraduate students and willing to supervise Research Higher Degree Students.
