
The University of Roehampton London is recruiting to the role of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to join our expanding School of Psychology.
ARE YOU?
- An ambitious academic practitioner with a bold vison who can deliver excellence in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy?
- Passionate about enhancing the teaching and learning of students, as well as the continued success and development of our School’s expansive undergraduate and postgraduate portfolio?
- Enthusiastic about teaching and student-centred pedagogy?
- Experienced in one or all of the following:
- working psychotherapeutically with children and adolescents?
- an expert in the area of counselling and psychotherapy for children, young people and families
- teaching or practicing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Teach across either our MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (Children Adolescents and Families) or our BSc Therapeutic Psychology and BSc Psychology and Counselling programmes, depending on your experience and expertise.
- Play a significant part in teaching on our MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (Children Adolescents and Families) or our BSc Therapeutic Psychology and BSc Psychology and Counselling programmes as well as other areas of our core curriculum, relevant to your experience and expertise.
- Contribute to education delivery, including programme leadership, across our range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
- Contribute to and enhance the teaching and learning, research and knowledge exchange reputation of the School.
- Be part of a supportive community of academics and practicing psychologists.
