The team leading the Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck University of London is looking for a part time member of faculty to support the work-based learning experience of our students.
Duties will involve liaising with our accrediting and regulatory bodies to ensure that trainees have safe placement experiences, coordinating and delivering workshops, seminars and lectures on dedicated weekends to support learning, marking work-based practice portfolios as well as overseeing the wider team of practice supervisors.
It is essential that you are registered with the HCPC and chartered with the BPS, and an experienced supervisor. The ideal candidate will hold a professional doctorate and have prior experience of working on such a programme. The university will consider candidates for a job share arrangement.
Remuneration:
Lecturer Grade of the College’s London Pay Scale which is £39,173 rising to £54,142 per annum.
The salary quoted will be pro-rata for this part time post is on the College’s London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
