The school is presently looking for a highly knowledgeable and motivated, student-focused lecturer who has a passion for education and is able to work with the LSC scholastic group to contribute to our Business Programmes by motivating and developing trainee’s capacity both academically and expertly.

Credentials and person spec

Prospects ought to have a great postgraduate qualification and have mentor and assessment experience in a UK Higher Education Institution with research study interest in the field of company. Ideally, candidates will have 3+ years of pertinent experience. Additional mentor qualifications would be an advantage. Prospects need to likewise have outstanding interaction and trainee engagement skills and have the ability to operate in a hectic environment.

The speaker will be responsible for

  • – Deliver pertinent organization topics/ modules during the scholastic semesters
  • – Enhance module materials where needed to achieve module knowing result
  • – Produce module evaluations in accordance with the module descriptors
  • – Undertake marking or moderation tasks that are assigned by the Exam Office
  • – Attend academic meetings when needed to go over trainees’ development
  • – Support trainees with prompt feedback
