London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is a dedicated institution of creative business, with one of the specialisations being hospitality management programmes, where we foster the entrepreneurial and leadership spirit in our students!
With LCCA’s pedagogic approach to experiential blended learning, coupled with our broad network of industry connections and aided by our association with University of the Creative Arts (UCA) including, various well-established industry brands, we empower our students to get a real-world learning experience by working within the business world or creative industries and shaping a career in the sector.

LCCA courses are unique in that, they may be taught across the week (in the day); in two evenings in the week and at the weekend and follow a blended learning approach. At LCCA, we’ve had huge uptake in student numbers and this demand had led us to adopt a 7- day operational model of working. As such, we’re looking for lecturers across a range of modes – daytime, evenings, and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). We are more than happy to consider working patterns to suit individual needs.
We are looking for individuals who are progressive, forward-thinking and engage in innovative teaching methods, including blended learning and chunk experiential learning.
You will be able to combine traditional classroom teaching with digital tools to engage our diverse range of student in their learning journey!
You will have experience of the hospitality industry and be able to work across both analogue and digital formats and be able to communicate a broad range of practical and theoretical issues through hands on teaching and workshops. You will have great industry connections and be willing to inspire and motivate students through this expertise. Experience of academic and administrative management is desirable.
You will have a good honours and master’s degree and recent experience of Further Education (FE) or Higher Education (HE) teaching, and detailed knowledge of contemporary practice within one or more subject area – tourism, events, and hospitality.
