The primary focus of the role is to support a blended approach to Learning and Development that provides flexibility, affordability and resilience, and that meets the differing and emerging needs, and ways of working across the University.
You will work collaboratively to develop and deliver new Learning and Development projects, and other HR projects, working alongside other teams/colleagues as required. You will also contribute to the design and manage the delivery of a range of formal and informal learning opportunities and programmes.
Applications are welcomed from candidates with demonstrable experience of planning and delivering projects (from developing objectives, working with stakeholders, managing communications and conducting evaluations). Additionally, candidates who can demonstrate evidence of providing an excellent customer experience with the ability to respond positively.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, able to establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues and others at all levels within the organisation.
