The Role 

The primary focus of the role is to lead on the development of leadership and management interventions that build expertise, resilience and leadership/management capability in support of the University’s strategic aims.  

You will work collaboratively with other HR colleagues to ensure the alignment of leadership and management development with emerging management trends and presenting challenges identified through the analysis of the people-related data.

Applications are welcomed from candidates with demonstrable experience of implementing interventions to build leadership and management capability, and the successful application of learning theory to design, delivery and evaluation. Additionally, knowledge of best practice approaches to embedding diversity, inclusion and wellbeing into development interventions, is particularly welcome.

The successful candidate will possess the professional credibility and interpersonal skills to challenge constructively, build rapport and influence decision-maker.
