
This is an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to provide facilitation and management support for projects and related activities within the International office at UAL.
You will support the day to day running of this busy department, coordinating specific internal communications activity and providing support on individual projects. The role will ensure effective delivery and reporting across a variety of activity. You will also provide comprehensive administrative support to the LCF Director of International, including diary management, coordinating meetings and processing expenses.

Your profile
We are looking for a strong administrator with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience in Outlook and MS Teams diary management. You will have had experience of coordinating projects, working in a busy and varied environment, collating information and report writing. You will be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people at all levels and have excellent customer service. Experience of international activities within a higher education institute would be beneficial.
