
About the Role
The Institute of Health Sciences Education (IHSE) invites applications for the post of Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative processes within the Institute’s local HR team
About You
Applicants should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. The post holder will also work as part of the administrative and secretarial team in the IHSE being mutually supportive and covering duties as necessary during colleagues’ absences and at times of additional pressure, as necessary. The post holder is expected to conduct all communication with all stakeholders in a professional, courteous, and confidential manner, upholding the reputation of the IHSE and QMUL at all times.

The post is based at the Whitechapel Campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment, with an expected start date of September/October 2023. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £31,421 – £38,165 per annum inclusive of London Allowance.
