The Human Resources Department at the University of Greenwich is seeking an experienced HR Administrative Officer to provide a range of high-quality administrative support to the HR Directorate, working collaboratively with other members of the HR Administrative Team.  Areas of activity will include providing support in the following areas: Academic Promotions, Grading Review and Assessment for professional services staff and general reward activities.

This role will suit you if you are able to deal with multiple priorities and tasks with attention to detail whilst working without close supervision. You will know how to build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders in a professional manner. With experience in promoting events effectively and creatively, you will be a competent user of MS Office and an excellent communicator.

It is essential that you have excellent accuracy and organisational skills, are an effective team player and have a strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a high-quality and professional service.

You should be educated to GCSE level in English and Maths (or equivalent). Knowledge of HR databases is essential.
