Your duties consist of:
- Work together with the senior team in the professional locations of trainee recruitment, schools intermediary, collaborations and worldwide advancement and contribute towards developing and delivering the recruitment and admissions technique as part of Forward College Strategic Plan
- Build a large network of relevant schools therapists (with a concentrate on IB schools, top national schools and worldwide schools)
- Lead the agents technique and construct long term collaborations with a network of agents
- Recognize relevant fairs and events Forward need to be part of
- Be proactive in recognizing international trends in the recruitment and education sector and use them to Forward recruitment strategy
- Evaluation admissions policies and update admissions processes
- Offer input on marketing products (site, sales brochure, etc)
- Manage a team of recruitment and admissions officers
- Be able to deal with a variety of internal stakeholders (marketing, dean, etc)
Experience & & Skills Previous experience
- in senior recruitment position in a leading college organization Strong network of therapists, specifically in international schools/ IB system, and representatives Strong social abilities Good written and spoken
- interaction skills
- Enthusiasm for education Ability to work in a start-up environment that needs versatility Fluent in English Practical considerations: Status: Permanent Contract/ Full
