Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)

Salary: £52,300 – £59,390 per annum including London Weighting depending on experience

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing Campaigns & Content to oversee all of Guildhall School’s external marketing campaigns, marketing the School’s broad range of activities including its higher education programmes, youth and adult learning programmes, public events seasons and commercial activity, leading a team of marketing managers and managing the relationship with the School’s digital media agency. The postholder will also lead on the development of a brand strategy that raises awareness of the School to serve campaigns, and have oversight of content strategy and production.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in either performing arts or higher education-based marketing, with a proven track record of developing marketing strategies and creative campaigns. They’ll also have significant experience of content strategy and a strong understanding of brand management and development. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are essential, with the ability to advise and negotiate with senior staff, along with the ability to identify trends and best practice in marketing and ensure the School is at the forefront of campaigns, brand and content in its sector.

This role is eligible for hybrid working.
