Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies (CICT), owned by Nottingham Trent University (NTU), is opening a brand-new campus in Whitechapel, London.
Opening in September 2023, our state-of-the-art campus will provide the very best technology and facilities which includes a 600-capacity multipurpose venue for live music, entertainment and esports, as well as specialist studios and teaching spaces. Confetti will deliver pioneering creative education aligned to the entertainment industries at undergraduate and postgraduate study levels.
We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious individual to join our new academic team. This is a unique opportunity for you to help shape our esports production courses and build a great team to deliver them. Building on Confetti Nottingham’s superb reputation in the subject, we want you to help us make our esports courses the very best in London.
This role gives you the chance to shape distinctive, higher education courses that are well-funded and superbly equipped.

The specific skills, experience and knowledge required for this role are:
- Up to date working knowledge of live esports broadcast production hardware and software technologies
- Up to date knowledge and interest in the esports industry and esports ecosystem
- Experience of working on live and/or remote esports productions
- Solid knowledge of past and current esports titles
- Some experience across some or all of: playing, coaching, training and managing esports teams
- Experience of teaching or coaching ideally in a higher education context
