We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Graduate Sports Assistant to help deliver an excellent experience to our customers, and to assist in the smooth day to day operation of SportsDock. You will be required to be a final year student or graduate of UEL with an interest in sports and have experience of working in a customer service role.
Specific responsibilities include set up and breakdown of activity space, monitoring usage, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment. A desire to provide SportsDock customers with a superb visitor experience, along with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work unsociable hours.
