The UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) at UCL East campus is an innovative business school preparing future healthcare leaders to disrupt and reimagine global health systems. GBSH is dedicated to training and developing the next generation of leaders in the global health economy by building on UCL’s proud tradition of cross-disciplinary academic excellence in education and research. UCL boast comprehensive multidisciplinary and cross faculty excellence that is mirrored in GBSH. We are looking for a confident, proactive Executive Assistant to deliver effective and efficient support to the Director of UCL Global Business School for Health. This is an exciting new role with regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders and is pivotal to the running and administration of GBSH activities. You will be the first point of contact for queries and will provide a client focused first class customer service in a fast paced working environment.
You will be required to demonstrate strong prioritisation and writing skills as well as organise and support high level committees. You will be an excellent team player with a can do approach and willingness to work flexibility to meet changing needs and priorities.
