We have an exception role for you, in the position of Finance Assistant to join the HCA family in Prestatyn, Wales. This role will suit someone who is well organised, has competent excel skills and has a high level of attention to detail.
You will have the opportunity to
- Ensuring that the purchase invoice log is kept up to date with invoices sent from the accounts team.
- Preparation of Month End Accruals
- Set up vendors as needed
- Accurate review of sales invoices to ensure billing is correct.
- Sending sales invoices to corporate clients
In this role you will learn from our leading experts and will contribute the vital care of our patients, as a valued member of the HCA Group.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Friendly and positive personality
- An excellent communicator
- Accounts experience
- Able to work with MS Excel to a competent standard
