Reporting to the Vice-President (Education) and Senior Vice-President (Operations), the Executive Director will lead a major change of the infrastructure, systems, policies, and procedures underpinning education and the student journey at King’s. The postholder will be tasked with designing and providing a digital environment and allowing the smart usage of student data. The function will involve building a team, and engaging with senior stakeholders at the greatest level at King’s. The appointee needs to drive the programme with rate, self-confidence and vision.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic outlook in addition to experience of leading a program and professional services group to deliver versus top priorities. The Executive Director will have the ability to show effective advancement, management and delivery of several major change programmes, covering systems, procedure and people change and ideally relating to HE and/or a similarly complex organisational setting. Prospects must be experienced at job coordination and must be delivery-focussed. They should have the ability to comprehend, engage, encourage and align diverse stakeholders.
