
The University of London Careers Service (ULCS) is recruiting for an Employer Engagement Consultant for the first time to support the careers services offer to the distance and flexible learning students.
The Employer Engagement Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining new and existing relationships for the University of London Careers Service, with employers and alumni. The Employer Engagement Consultant will be responsible for co-designing, delivering, and evaluating our employer and alumni focused events.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to take on an employer engagement role within an emerging, innovative Careers service. The role holder will contribute to the vision and mission of ULCS, by developing new methods of working with an international client base and careers events programme.
The Employer Engagement Consultant will also work closely with the Engagement Manager, Student Engagement Officer and the Careers Consultant team to develop and implement the University of London Careers Service strategy. They will be responsible for ensuring that the employer engagement activities are appropriate for a diverse cohort, in terms of location, programme of study, mode of study and careers stage. They will also make sure that student, alumni and employer voice informs and co-creates support for the employability development and future employment aspirations of the globally based University of London students and recent graduates.
