The HR Directorate at the University of Greenwich is transforming as part of our strategic plans to support the university as it goes from strength to strength. Over the last 3 years we have seen a continued growth in the number of international and home students, we have expanded our international partnerships, developed and invested significantly in our campuses and have seen our staffing complement grow by some 25%.

Through our University strategy: This is Our Time, we are on our way to realise our ambition to the be the best modern university in the UK by 2030. Our directorate is playing a critical part in the people agenda delivered through the People Enabling Strategy.

Through our transformation project the HR Directorate is refocusing and growing to deliver our strategic priorities and operational excellence. The new People Directorate will provide true business partnering underpinned by expert advice and support across the whole employee lifecycle and remit of the people agenda.

We are seeking an Employee Relations and Change Manager to join the team to support with a wide range of casework and change projects including restructures and TUPE transfers. The role holder will also be a lead facilitator in our line management training programme.
