The Director of MSc programmes provides strategic leadership and oversight, leads on continuous improvement and quality enhancement policies, using internal and external quality frameworks, promotes the programme in liaison with the School’s marketing department and is responsible for daily operations, working closely with the Student Office. The postholder will ensure that the School’s educational offer on the Master level is informed by the expertise of its vibrant research community, while creating opportunities for practitioner engagement and developing external networks with the corporate sector, alumni, and professional bodies.

The Director of MSc programmes will ensure that the MSc programmes continue to deliver an inspirational and engaging student experience through a forward-looking teaching and learning strategy.
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent faculty position and be appointed Director of MSc programmes for the duration of three years. The mandate as Director of MSc programmes is renewable.
Requirements
This is a senior role within the School for experienced academics with experience in the design and management of internationally accredited programmes in the area of business and management. Experience in corporate relations would be an asset.
Applicants must have the academic track record necessary for appointment on the Associate or Full Professor level. Candidates are expected to be operational in French and English, and teach on the different campuses of the school.
