The Director of Employee Development and Engagement is key to the University’s future performance, growth, identity and purpose. You will be a member of the People and Culture Leadership Team which is focussed on supporting our 2031 strategy to achieve a high-performing and engaged workforce.
We are looking for someone who has successfully developed and implemented OD/ workforce strategies aligned to an organisation’s strategy through cultural change, in an ever-changing environment, and be able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the global Middlesex community to achieve its objectives.
The Director of Employee Development and Engagement will foster a culture where a high emphasis is placed on continuous improvement through learning and development, and where colleagues at all levels are encouraged to embrace and adapt to change.
